1.  Getting News There are two ways to get news:

1. Using File Service from News Providers
   You can use News Files from Service Providers like AIS to display news on your portal. These kind of providers makes easy for you to get news from world in xml format in a ftp location (News Location Folder) of your portal. These news files have their category and subcategories mentioned with other information of news to make it possible to categorize and manage them.
2. Self-Composed News / Articles
   In case when you are not using any news file service or you want to compose your own news or article then you can do that with Publish Article/News page to publish it to your portal using CMS editor in News Location Folder.

2.  Display News After getting news files in your News Location Folder you can import those news to publish on portal

1. Import News
   Use Import Published News page to check if any new news is available or not to publish on portal any time.
2. Have a quick preview
   To have a quick preview of the news which is going to be published on portal click on the title link of news. It lets you know about the author, title, time summary and contents of current news. If you do not want to display any news in your portal check off the already checked checkbox in the first left column of news display list..
3. Decide headlines or sub-headings
   If there is any news that have to good strength to get display on home page as headline or sub-headline then you can choose HL for Headline SL for Second Line and TL for third line from drop down next to news title.
4. Accept or Reject News
   When you are ready to accept the selected news after having glance on it. Publish them with rejecting unselected new. You can accept any rejected news later from Rejected News page any time in future. Recently published 10 news in any category will participate in RSS 2.0 feed page to support SEO and other emails and RSSFeed applications.

4.  News & Preference Panels Import News page after publishing in only the sufficient thing to display available news in already positioned News Panes but you can also manage them to include or not in portal later at any time. You can also choose which categories of news will be available on different section of Home and other pages.
